The older I get, the more I realize how little I knew when I knew it all.
Even in my pride, my mother’s example and wisdom continually guided me to make better choices and brought me closer to God. Kids will be blessed by their parents’ wise choices – and bent toward their parents’ bad choices.
Some facets of God’s design for women can apply for us all. Even the apostle Paul said, “I was like a nursing mother, taking care of her own children,” as he focused on the needs of the churches in a very personal way.
Take time to open your Bible and your heart to God’s Word for you in 1 Thessalonians 4.
