In every survey of why people attend a particular church, it is the message they hear during weekend worship that tops the list of why they are or are not satisfied with their church.
After years of helping preaching pastors from around the world in small ways, Dr. James MacDonald is investing more deeply and personally in preachers who want to work hard at better biblical preaching.

Applicants with vocational ministry training and a minimum of five years’ pulpit ministry experience will be considered for selection.
If selected, you will receive all the Lord has entrusted to Pastor James about preparing and delivering earth shattering, window rattling, life altering messages on a weekly basis.
- Dates will be communicated here and to the applicant list once set.
- Openings are limited – your application will be reviewed, and you’ll be notified by email or text if invited to participate.
- Participants will cover their own travel, and stay as guests in the MacDonald’s home. The cost of seminar, meals, and lodging are covered by the Change Partners of JMM.
